Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hayfork Timberjacks (Hayfork, CA) and the host Surprise Valley Hornets (Cedarville, CA), saw Hayfork's basketball squad knock off Surprise Valley by a tally of 40-22.

With the victory, Hayfork improves its record to 11-11 on the campaign. The Timberjacks travel to Butte Valley (Dorris, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a Evergreen challenge on Friday, February 9.
