Wisconsin High School Basketball - Luther overwhelms Viroqua
February 6, 2024: Viroqua, WI 54665 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Luther Knights (Onalaska, WI) and the host Viroqua Blackhawks (Viroqua, WI), saw Luther's basketball squad wallop Viroqua by a tally of 58-25.
With the victory, Luther improves its record to 11-10 on the campaign. The Knights travel to West Salem (West Salem, WI) to confront the Panthers in a Coulee challenge on Friday, February 9. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 19-5. West Salem won 82-22 in their recent league challenge against Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau (Galesville, WI)
Next up, the Blackhawks confront the Arcadia Raiders (Arcadia, WI) in a Coulee challenge, on Friday, February 9. Viroqua will attempt to improve on its 6-14 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 58-35 non-league loss to Bangor (Bangor, WI).
