Tennessee High School Basketball - Westview crushes Ripley

Westview Chargers (Martin, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Ripley Tigers (Ripley, TN), 62-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Westview upgrades its record to 19-4 on the season. The Chargers travel to Peabody (Trenton, TN) to clash with the Golden Tide in a 2A District 14 bout on Friday, February 9. The Golden Tide go into the bout with a record of 13-9. Peabody lost 51-30 in their recent non-league bout against Gibson County (Dyer, TN)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Milan Bulldogs (Milan, TN) in a 2A District 14 bout, on Thursday, February 8. Ripley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-22 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 62-30 non-league loss to McKenzie (McKenzie, TN).
