The Spiro Bulldogs basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Vian Wolverines to 31 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wister for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Spiro will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 50-21 league win over Cameron (Cameron, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-14.

The Wolverines (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against Howe (Howe, OK). The Lions enter the Big Eight contest with a 19-3 record. In their last contest, Howe triumphed over Central (Sallisaw, OK), 42-32, in a league contest.
