North Carolina High School Basketball - West Rowan knocked off by Central Cabarrus
February 6, 2024: Mt. Ulla, NC 28125 The Central Cabarrus Vikings basketball team scored 45 points and held the host West Rowan Falcons to 31 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concord for a contest on Friday, February 9. Central Cabarrus will meet a Spiders team coming off a 82-30 league win over South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Spiders record now stands at 15-4.
The Falcons (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Robinson (Concord, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Robinson ran past Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC), 49-47, in a non-league contest.
