The Hickory Christian Academy Knights basketball team scored 79 points and limited the visiting Salem Baptist Christian Vikings to 34 in the Knights league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now have a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Carolina Day for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Hickory Christian Academy will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 73-53 league loss to Asheville School (Independent) (Asheville, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-17.

With the loss, Salem Baptist Christian falls to 2-11 on the campaign.
