Oregon High School Basketball - Triangle Lake toppled by Mapleton
February 6, 2025: Mapleton, OR 97453 Mapleton Sailors (Mapleton, OR) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Triangle Lake Lakers (Blachly, OR), 57-41 in a league match.
With the victory, Mapleton advances its record to 15-7 on the year. The Sailors travel to Powers (Powers, OR) to face the Cruisers in a non-league match on Monday, February 10. The Cruisers enter the match with a record of 3-16. Powers lost 42-31 in their recent league match against Pacific (Port Orford, OR)
The Lakers now own a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Siletz Valley for a 1A Mountain West match on Monday, February 10.
