February 6, 2025: Farmer City, IL 61842 Blue Ridge Knights (Farmer City, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Okaw Valley Timberwolves (Bethany, IL), 49-38 in a league match.
With the victory, Blue Ridge upgrades its record to 1-15 on the year. The Knights host Sullivan (Sullivan, IL) to face the Redskins in a Lincoln Prairie match on Monday, February 10. The Redskins enter the match with a record of 24-3.
The Timberwolves now sport a 1-25 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond for a Lincoln Prairie match on Monday, February 10. Okaw Valley will face a Knights squad coming off a 39-26 league loss to Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] (Kansas, IL). The Knights record now stands at 12-15.
