California High School Basketball - Orland overwhelms Corning

February 6, 2025: Corning, CA 96021

The Orland Trojans basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Corning Cardinals to 24 in the Trojans league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now possess a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to Gridley for a Butte View game on Tuesday, February 11. Orland will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 46-31 league win over Live Oak (Live Oak, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-15.

With the loss, Corning falls to 4-17 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Las Plumas (Oroville, CA) to confront the Thunderbirds in a Butte View game on Tuesday, February 11. The Thunderbirds go into the game with a record of 16-7. Las Plumas won 57-31 in their recent league game against Oroville (Oroville, CA)
