February 7, 2012: Hinton, OK 73047 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hinton Comets (Hinton, OK) and the visiting Apache Warriors (Apache, OK), saw Hinton's basketball squad knock off Apache by a score of 55-35.
With the victory, Hinton improves its record to 9-11 on the campaign. The Comets host Carnegie (Carnegie, OK) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, February 10. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 19-2. Carnegie won 78-44 in their recent league test against Sayre (Sayre, OK)
The Warriors now own a 6-13 record. They take the field next when they host Marlow for a non-league test on Monday, February 13. Apache will clash with a Outlaws squad coming off a 65-46 non-league win over Rush Springs (Rush Springs, OK). The Outlaws record now stands at 6-13.
