Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Burbank Titans (Sacramento, CA) and the visiting McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA), saw Burbank's basketball squad hold off McClatchy by a tally of 63-57.

With the victory, Burbank improves its record to 16-7 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA) to confront the Mustangs in a Metropolitan Conference challenge on Wednesday, February 9. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 10-14. Monterey Trail won 86-77 in their recent league challenge against Kennedy (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Lions confront the River City Raiders (West Sacramento, CA) in a Metropolitan Conference challenge, on Wednesday, February 9. McClatchy will attempt to improve on its 12-10 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 14-11 record after their 69-33 league win over Kennedy (Sacramento, CA).
