The Washington-Liberty Generals basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting McLean Highlanders to 33 in the Generals league triumph on Monday.

The Generals now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshall for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 9. Washington-Liberty will meet a Statesmen team coming off a 64-30 non-league win over Yorktown (Arlington, VA). The Statesmen record now stands at 15-2.

The Highlanders (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Wakefield (Arlington, VA). The Warriors enter the District 5 contest with a 3-5 record.
