Connecticut High School Basketball - Bristol Eastern knocked off by Middletown
February 7, 2023: Bristol, CT 06010 The Middletown Blue Dragons basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Bristol Eastern Lancers to 46 in the Blue Dragons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Blue Dragons now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prince RVT for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 8. Middletown will battle a Falcons team coming off a 69-45 non-league win over Harvard Ellis Tech (Killingly, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 9-6.
The Lancers (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Plainville (Plainville, CT). The Blue Devils enter the Central Connecticut - West Colonial contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Plainville ran past Oxford (Oxford, CT), 66-55, in a non-league contest.
