Connecticut High School Basketball - Middletown crushes Bristol Central
February 17, 2023: Bristol, CT 06010 Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bristol Central Rams (Bristol, CT), 68-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Middletown upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Blue Dragons host Berlin (Berlin, CT) to play the Redcoats in a Central Connecticut - South Colonial bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Redcoats go into the bout with a record of 5-13. Berlin lost 65-50 in their recent non-league bout against RHAM (Hebron, CT)
Next up, the Rams play the Bristol Eastern Lancers (Bristol, CT) in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial bout, on Tuesday, February 21. Bristol Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 60-42 non-league win over South Windsor (South Windsor, CT).
