Massachusetts High School Basketball - Whitman-Hanson Regional can't hold off Duxbury
February 7, 2023: Duxbury, MA 02332 The Duxbury Dragons basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Whitman-Hanson Regional Panthers to 55 in the Dragons league victory on Tuesday.
The Dragons now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hingham for a Patriot - Keenan contest on Friday, February 10. Duxbury will battle a Harbormen team coming off a 70-39 league win over Silver Lake Regional (Kingston, MA). The Harbormen record now stands at 9-9.
The Panthers (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Marshfield (Marshfield, MA). The Rams come into the non-league contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Marshfield edged Plymouth North (Plymouth, MA), 47-35, in a non-league contest.
