The Venture Academy Mustangs basketball team scored 90 points and restricted the host Elliot Christian Eagles to 51 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now sport a 21-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Turlock Christian for a Central California Athletic Alliance contest on Thursday, February 9. Venture Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 51-44 league win over Millennium (Tracy, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-8.
The Eagles (9-17) will now prepare for their contest against Big Valley Christian (Modesto, CA). The Lions come into the Central California Athletic Alliance contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, Big Valley Christian was routed by Stone Ridge Christian (Merced, CA), 77-44, in a league contest.
