Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Haverford School overwhelms Germantown Academy
February 7, 2023: Haverford, PA 19041 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Haverford School Fords (Haverford, PA) and the visiting Germantown Academy Patriots (Fort Washington, PA), saw Haverford School's basketball squad wallop Germantown Academy by a tally of 73-52.
With the victory, Haverford School improves its record to 11-12 on the campaign. The Fords host Pennington (Pennington, NJ) to play the Red Raiders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 8. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Pennington lost 71-65 in their recent non-league challenge against Hill School (Pottstown, PA)
Next up, the Patriots play the William Penn Charter Quakers (Philadelphia, PA) in a Inter-Academic challenge, on Friday, February 10. Germantown Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record. The Quakers come into the challenge with a 15-3 record after their 70-68 league loss to Malvern Prep (Malvern, PA).
