The Milano Eagles basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host Thrall Tigers to 51 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thorndale for a 2A Region IV District 27 contest on Friday, February 10. Milano will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-37 league win over Hearne (Hearne, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 21-7.

The Tigers (10-12) will now prepare for their contest against Holland (Holland, TX). The Hornets come into the 2A Region IV District 27 contest with a 12-13 record. In their last contest, Holland was defeated by Granger (Granger, TX), 53-50, in a league contest.
