Michigan High School Basketball - Athens overwhelms Camden-Frontier
February 7, 2023: Camden, MI 49232 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Athens Indians (Athens, MI) and the host Camden-Frontier Redskins (Camden, MI), saw Athens's basketball squad wallop Camden-Frontier by a tally of 45-13.
With the victory, Athens improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Indians host Colon (Colon, MI) to confront the Magi in a Southern Central challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Magi come into the challenge with a record of 13-4. Colon won 62-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Tekonsha (Tekonsha, MI)
Next up, the Redskins confront the Jackson Christian Royals (Jackson, MI) in a Southern Central challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Camden-Frontier will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record.
