Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) and the host Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC), saw Bishop McGuinness's basketball squad wallop Cornerstone Charter by a tally of 67-12.

With the victory, Bishop McGuinness improves its record to 20-3 on the campaign. The Villains travel to Winston-Salem Christian National (Winston-Salem, NC) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 10. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 28-3. Winston-Salem Christian National won 46-32 in their recent non-league challenge against T.W. Andrews (High Point, NC)

Next up, the Cardinals confront the Winston-Salem Prep Phoenix (Winston-Salem, NC) in a 1A Conference 32 challenge, on Friday, February 10. Cornerstone Charter will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Phoenix come into the challenge with a 5-15 record after their 42-26 league loss to Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC).
