Virginia High School Basketball - Skyline fells Manassas Park
February 7, 2023: Manassas Park, VA 20111 Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Manassas Park Cougars (Manassas Park, VA), 58-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Skyline upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Hawks host Meridian (Falls Church, VA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Meridian lost 30-26 in their recent non-league bout against Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA)
Next up, the Cougars clash with the Brentsville District Tigers (Nokesville, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 9. Manassas Park will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 30-26 non-league win over Meridian (Falls Church, VA).
