February 7, 2024: Isle of Wight, VA 23397 The Isle of Wight Academy Chargers basketball team (Isle of Wight, VA), was overwhelmed 102-55 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Brunswick Academy Vikings (Lawrenceville, VA)
The Vikings now possess a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fuqua for a VISAA Division III battle on Thursday, February 8. Brunswick Academy will battle a Falcons team coming off a 83-12 league loss to Banner Christian (Chesterfield, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-15.
The Chargers (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against Broadwater Academy (Exmore, VA). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 5-12 record.
