February 7, 2024: Hyde Park, VT 05655 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Lamoille Lancers (Hyde Park, VT) and the visiting Thetford Academy Panthers (Thetford, VT), saw Lamoille's basketball squad overcome Thetford Academy by a tally of 42-32.
With the victory, Lamoille improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to U-32 (Montpelier, VT) to confront the Raiders in a Capital challenge on Friday, February 9. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. U-32 lost 49-34 in their recent league challenge against Lake Region (Orleans, VT)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Peoples Academy Wolves (Morrisville, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 9. Thetford Academy will attempt to improve on its 15-2 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 1-15 record after their 77-57 non-league loss to Randolph (Randolph, VT).
