North Carolina High School Basketball - Bradford Prep crushes Piedmont Community Charter
February 7, 2024: Gastonia, NC 28052 Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC), 64-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Bradford Prep upgrades its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC) to play the Raptor in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Raptor come into the bout with a record of 7-11. Mountain Island Charter lost 59-47 in their recent non-league bout against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC)
Next up, the Patriots play the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) in a bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Piedmont Community Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Stallions come into the bout with a 4-16 record after their 63-19 league loss to Carolina International (Concord, NC).
