Minnesota High School Basketball - Cromwell holds off Cook County

In Friday's league contest, the host Cromwell Cardinals basketball team scored a close 69-62 triumph over the Cook County Vikings.

The Cardinals (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida (Cloquet, MN). The Ogichida go into the A Section 7 contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida was tipped by Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN), 80-49, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings confront the Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 14. Cook County will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record.
