With the victory, Pine Tree upgrades its record to 19-12 on the year. The Pirates host Henderson (Henderson, TX) to face the Lions in a 4A Region II District 16 match on Tuesday, February 11. The Lions enter the match with a record of 5-23. Henderson lost 66-47 in their recent league match against Carthage (Carthage, TX)
The Knights now sport a 9-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Hill for a 4A Region II District 16 match on Tuesday, February 11. Cumberland Academy will face a Panthers squad coming off a 55-41 league loss to Gilmer (Gilmer, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 10-23.
