The Hillcrest Knights defeated the host Idaho Falls Tigers basketball squad by a final score of 62-44 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Knights clash with the Shelley Russets (Shelley, ID) in a 5A High Country outing, on Wednesday, February 12. Hillcrest will attempt to upgrade on its 15-4 season record. The Russets come into the outing with a 8-11 record after their 57-48 league win over Skyline (Idaho Falls, ID).

The Tigers (4-14) will now prepare for their outing against Minico (Rupert, ID). The Spartans come into the non-league outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, Minico overcame Wood River (Hailey, ID), 57-31, in a league outing.
