February 7, 2025: Iowa Falls, IA 50126 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Humboldt Wildcats (Humboldt, IA) and the host Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets (Iowa Falls, IA), observed Humboldt's basketball team overwhelm Iowa Falls-Alden by a score of 91-52.
The Wildcats (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Algona (Algona, IA). The Bulldogs come into the North Central challenge with a 8-11 record. In their last challenge, Algona trounced Hampton-Dumont/CAL (Hampton, IA), 70-58, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cadets encounter the Clear Lake Lions (Clear Lake, IA) in a North Central challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Iowa Falls-Alden will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 22-0 record after their 69-54 league win over St. Edmond (Fort Dodge, IA).
