In Friday's league contest, the host Innovation Academy The Red Tailed Hawk basketball team scored a close 68-63 win over the Northeast Metro RVT Knights.

The The Red Tailed Hawk (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Notre Dame Cristo Rey (Lawrence, MA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 15-1 record. In their last contest, Notre Dame Cristo Rey edged Nashoba Valley Tech (Westford, MA), 65-45, in a non-league contest.
