Illinois High School Basketball - Lake Forest victorious over Waukegan
February 7, 2025: Lake Forest, IL 60045 In Friday's league contest, the host Lake Forest Scouts basketball team scored a good 40-25 win over the Waukegan Bulldogs.
The Scouts (17-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 21-3 record. In their last challenge, Rolling Meadows prevailed over Wheeling (Wheeling, IL), 63-35, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL) in a North Suburban challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Waukegan will attempt to improve on its 18-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 9-17 record after their 54-45 non-league loss to Jacobs (Algonquin, IL).
