Michigan High School Basketball - Milford fells Lakeland
February 7, 2025: White Lake, MI 48383 The Milford Mavericks basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Lakeland Eagles to 36 in the Mavericks league triumph on Friday.
The Mavericks now have a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Kettering for a Lakes Valley game on Tuesday, February 11. Milford will confront a Captains team coming off a 60-50 league loss to Mott (Waterford, MI). The Captains record now stands at 1-17.
With the loss, Lakeland falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to South Lyon (South Lyon, MI) to confront the Lions in a Lakes Valley game on Tuesday, February 11. The Lions go into the game with a record of 4-16. South Lyon lost 59-56 in their recent league game against South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI)
