The South Charlotte Thunder basketball squad (Matthews, NC), was crushed 54-28 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC)

With the victory, Legion Collegiate Academy advances its record to 7-22 on the year. The Lancers host Ambassador Christian School (Huntersville, NC) to meet the Lions in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 18-5. Ambassador Christian School won 82-76 in their recent non-league battle against Carmel Christian (Matthews, NC)

The Thunder now own a 10-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence Athletic Club for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 8.
