Oklahoma High School Basketball - Marshall thwarts Midwest City
February 7, 2025: Midwest City, OK 73110 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Marshall Bears (Oklahoma City, OK) and the host Midwest City Bombers (Midwest City, OK), observed Marshall's basketball team knock off Midwest City by a score of 73-55.
The Bears (13-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Duncan (Duncan, OK). The Demons come into the 5A District 2 challenge with a 3-19 record. In their last challenge, Duncan was knocked off by Lawton (Lawton, OK), 82-37, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bombers encounter the Altus Bulldogs (Altus, OK) in a 5A District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Midwest City will attempt to improve on its 15-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 2-19 record after their 45-35 non-league loss to Elgin (Elgin, OK).
