The Moberly Spartans basketball squad (Moberly, MO), was outscored 75-57 in Friday's league battle with the host Mexico Bulldogs (Mexico, MO)

With the victory, Mexico advances its record to 14-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Quincy Notre Dame (Quincy, IL) to meet the Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 8. The Raiders enter the battle with a record of 13-8. Quincy Notre Dame lost 57-45 in their recent non-league battle against Helias (Jefferson City, MO)

The Spartans now own a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kirksville for a North Central Missouri battle on Tuesday, February 11. Moberly will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 57-54 non-league win over Southern Boone (Ashland, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 13-6.
