With the victory, Shallowater upgrades its record to 15-4 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Roosevelt (Lubbock, TX) to face the Eagles in a 3A Region I District 2 match on Tuesday, February 11. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 14-14. Roosevelt lost 67-48 in their recent league match against Slaton (Slaton, TX)
The Mules now sport a 1-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Idalou for a 3A Region I District 2 match on Tuesday, February 11. Muleshoe will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 59-56 league loss to Littlefield (Littlefield, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 19-12.
