New York High School Basketball - Shaker defeats Niskayuna
February 7, 2025: Latham, NY 12110 The Shaker Bison (Latham, NY) basketball were winner over the visiting Niskayuna Silver Warriors (Niskayuna, NY), 75-65 in Friday's league bout.
The Bison now possess a 14-2 record. They play next when they host Columbia for a Section 2 Suburban - Gray bout on Tuesday, February 11. Shaker will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 50-45 league loss to Guilderland (Guilderland Center, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-13.
With the loss, Niskayuna falls to 12-5 on the campaign. The Silver warriors travel to Averill Park (Averill Park, NY) to play the Warriors in a Section 2 Suburban - Gray bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Averill Park lost 51-19 in their recent league bout against Christian Brothers Academy (Albany, NY)
