Ohio High School Basketball - West Carrollton overwhelms Xenia
February 7, 2025: Xenia, OH 45385 The West Carrollton Pirates basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Xenia Buccaneers to 42 in the Pirates league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now have a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. West Carrollton will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 63-42 non-league loss to Miamisburg (Miamisburg, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-7.
With the loss, Xenia falls to 7-13 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to Oakwood (Dayton, OH) to confront the Lumberjacks in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Lumberjacks go into the game with a record of 15-5. Oakwood won 71-60 in their recent non-league game against Ross (Hamilton, OH)
