In Friday's league contest, the host Houston Mustangs basketball team scored a close 58-55 win over the Collierville Dragons.

The Mustangs (18-9) will now prepare for their contest against Cordova (Cordova, TN). The Wolves come into the 4A District 15 contest with a 3-13 record.

In their next game, the Dragons battle the Bartlett Panthers (Bartlett, TN) in a 4A District 15 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Collierville will attempt to better on its 24-5 season record.
