Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting North Pole Patriots (North Pole, AK), 57-53 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Dimond upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Lynx travel to Colony (Palmer, AK) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. The Knights enter the match with a record of 10-4. Colony won 77-7 in their recent non-league match against West Valley (Fairbanks, AK)

The Patriots now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mountain City Christian Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. North Pole will face a Lions squad coming off a 44-34 non-league win over Barrow (Utqiagvik, AK). The Lions record now stands at 11-1.
