February 7, 2025: Eau Claire, WI 54703 Eau Claire North Huskies (Eau Claire, WI) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Menomonie Mustangs (Menomonie, WI), 59-50 in a league match.
With the victory, Eau Claire North advances its record to 11-9 on the year. The Huskies travel to River Falls (River Falls, WI) to face the Wildcats in a Big Rivers match on Tuesday, February 11. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 6-15. River Falls lost 72-30 in their recent non-league match against Blaine (Blaine, MN)
The Mustangs now own a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eau Claire Memorial for a Big Rivers match on Tuesday, February 11. Menomonie will face a Old Abes squad coming off a 57-41 league win over Hudson (Hudson, WI). The Old Abes record now stands at 18-2.
