In Friday's league contest, the visiting Lund Mustangs basketball team scored a big 51-10 triumph over the Jackpot Jaguars.

The Mustangs (8-15) will now prepare for their contest against Wells (Wells, NV). The Leopards go into the 1A East contest with a 16-9 record. In their last contest, Wells smashed Jackpot (Jackpot, NV), 45-11, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Jaguars confront the Eureka Vandals (Eureka, NV) in a 1A East contest, on Saturday, February 8. Jackpot will attempt to better on its 0-14 season record. The Vandals go into the contest with a 18-2 record after their 62-9 league win over Lund (Lund, NV).
