The Pocahontas County Warriors (Dunmore, WV) basketball were winner over the visiting Notre Dame Fighting Irish (Clarksburg, WV), 58-44 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Petersburg for a Potomac Valley game on Wednesday, February 12.

With the loss, Notre Dame falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Fighting irish host Cameron (Cameron, WV) to confront the Dragons in a Mason-Dixon game on Tuesday, February 11. The Dragons go into the game with a record of 8-3. Cameron won 52-30 in their recent league game against Valley (Pine Grove, WV)
