The Pelahatchie Chiefs basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Puckett Wolves to 38 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Chiefs now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bogue Chitto for a non-league game on Monday, February 10. Pelahatchie will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 49-38 non-league loss to West Lincoln (Brookhaven, MS). The Bobcats record now stands at 13-10.
