February 7, 2025: Santa Fe, NM 87505 Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM), 58-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Santa Fe advances its record to 5-5 on the year. The Demons host Manzano (Albuquerque, NM) to meet the Monarchs in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 12. The Monarchs enter the match with a record of 1-11. Manzano lost 67-21 in their recent non-league match against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM)
The Jaguars now hold a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sandia for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 12. Capital will encounter a Matadors squad coming off a 85-70 non-league loss to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors record now stands at 8-5.
