Idaho High School Basketball - Shelley holds off Skyline
February 8, 2023: Shelley, ID 83274 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Shelley Russets (Shelley, ID) and the visiting Skyline Grizzlies (Idaho Falls, ID), saw Shelley's basketball squad hold off Skyline by a tally of 58-57.
With the victory, Shelley improves its record to 8-12 on the campaign. The Russets travel to Hillcrest (Idaho Falls, ID) to confront the Knights in a 4A High Country challenge on Friday, February 10. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 19-1. Hillcrest won 84-39 in their recent league challenge against Idaho Falls (Idaho Falls, ID)
Next up, the Grizzlies confront the Blackfoot Broncos (Blackfoot, ID) in a 4A High Country challenge, on Friday, February 10. Skyline will attempt to improve on its 6-14 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 66-45 league win over Bonneville (Idaho Falls, ID).
