February 8, 2024: Aberdeen, SD 57401 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD) and the visiting Roncalli Cavaliers (Aberdeen, SD), saw Aberdeen Christian's basketball squad hold off Roncalli by a count of 47-40.
With the victory, Aberdeen Christian upgrades its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Sully Buttes (Onida, SD) to play the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Sully Buttes lost 69-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD)
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones (Clark, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. Roncalli will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Cyclones come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 50-31 league loss to Flandreau (Flandreau, SD).
