February 8, 2024: Berlin, CT 06037 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Platt Panthers (Meriden, CT) and the host Berlin Redcoats (Berlin, CT), saw Platt's basketball squad overcome Berlin by a tally of 66-57.
With the victory, Platt improves its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Panthers host Farmington (Farmington, CT) to confront the River Hawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The River Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Farmington won 62-41 in their recent non-league challenge against East Hartford (East Hartford, CT)
Next up, the Redcoats confront the Maloney Spartans (Meriden, CT) in a Central Connecticut - South Colonial battle, on Tuesday, February 13. Berlin will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Spartans come into the battle with a 5-12 record after their 40-33 non-league loss to Plainville (Plainville, CT).
