The Douglas Patriots basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the host Hill City Rangers to 63 in the Patriots non-league victory on Thursday.

The Patriots now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Red Cloud for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Douglas will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 48-34 non-league loss to More (Rapid City, SD). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-9.
