Timber Creek Regional Chargers (Erial, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Highland Regional Tartans (Blackwood, NJ), 83-77 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Timber Creek Regional upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Chargers host Williamstown (Williamstown, NJ) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 1-22. Williamstown lost 42-33 in their recent league bout against Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ)

Next up, the Tartans play the Holy Cross Lancers (Delran, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 10. Highland Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record.
