Ohio High School Basketball - Lordstown thwarts St. John
February 8, 2024: Warren, OH 44481 The Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH), 61-47 in Thursday's league test.
The Red Devils (2-14) will now prepare for their test against East Palestine (East Palestine, OH). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 10-11 record. In their last outing, East Palestine defeated Southern (Salineville, OH), 75-43, in a league outing.
The Fighting Herald now hold a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Harding for a Northeastern outing on Friday, February 9. St. John will clash with a Skippers squad coming off a 79-77 league win over Badger (Kinsman, OH). The Skippers record now stands at 13-4.
